Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days. We appologize for this delay but as full time on set technicians it isn't always possible to process orders faster, especially if custom orders. We'll do our best to make the process as fast as possible. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or any delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are based on your location and the shipping method chosen:

  • Meet Up Delivery: Exclusive to Paris meet up. We will email you to arrange a time and place.
  • Standard Shipping: 2 - 4 business days
• European Union:
  • Standard Shipping: 2 - 4 business days
• International Shipping:
  
  • Standard Shipping: 2 - 4 business days

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: European Union, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway and United States. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Delays: Occasionally, weather conditions, postal service delays, or other factors may affect the delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup: If you're located in Paris, you can opt for local pickup. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification with the details.
